We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Head to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving the development of complex medical devices.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in medical device development, with expertise in Class II & III devices. You will be accountable for program tracking, acceleration, and risk identification and mitigation, ensuring that our devices meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will work closely with our R&D, Global Strategic Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of our programs. You will also be responsible for developing leadership team charters, scopes, and meeting agendas, as well as monitoring and tracking action items and plans to ensure rapid follow-through and progress against commitments.
