JMT Technology Group, a leading geospatial and information technology solutions provider, is looking for a Part-Time, as needed Cloud Systems Administrator. The Cloud Systems Administrator will be r esponsible for effective provisioning, installation / configuration, operation, and maintenance of cloud systems and software and related infrastructure. Configures and maintains and supports cloud system environments for software applications. Ensures that system configuration, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to client needs.
The annualized salary for this position is $10,000.00 - $80,000.00, commensurate with experience, education and certifications.
Essential functions and responsibilities
- Maintain and administer Azure and AWS environments, including setup, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis
- Perform typical system administrative activities such as user account creation, email account creation, telephone provisioning, backup, restore and issue resolution
- Perform software installation including local desktop installation, server installation, LAN / WAN deployments
- Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for cloud computing environments
- Coordinate the testing and implementation of all changes, repairs and upgrades
- Provide end user support and troubleshooting

Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
