Responsibilities

- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety practices.
- Coordinate catering services for events, including banquets and fine dining experiences.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs of guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in catering services, including planning and executing large-scale events.
