(Our office is about an hour north of Milwaukee)

Member Status: Part-Time, Hourly
Travel: About 5% of your time
Hours: Part-Time during business hours

Responsibilities
- Provide a wide variety of confidential executive administrative and personal support to Johnsonville’s owners and family members
- Contribute to the Community Relations Team by reviewing monthly donation requests, providing recommendations to ownership, and reporting back with final decisions
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, and handle all necessary arrangements for meetings and travel
- Handle correspondence and complete an array of personal errands assigned
- Manage and process expense reports on behalf of the owners
- Manage ticket programs for major sporting events, including the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers, overseeing ticket transfers, member conduct agreements, and food orders
- Liaison for requests from Johnsonville members to ownership
- Oversee and assist in executing work completed by third parties coordinated by ownership
- Update and manage announcements shown on monitors at our onsite café
- Provide back-up to other Executive Assistants as needed
- Associate’s degree, preferred
- At least 2-4 years of administrative/executive assistant experience or comparable high-level administrative experience in a professional work setting, required
- Outstanding Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, both in an office setting and electronically
- The ability to successfully work with a wide range of people and personalities
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, details and deadlines simultaneously
- Outstanding interpersonal skills: the ability to listen, read people and anticipate needs
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and help anywhere needed
