Job Description
Responsible for operating cook kettle using a standard formula for the preparation of food products.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up equipment for production
- Place ingredients in kettle according to set formula
- Maintain accurate processing records, including time and temperature
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Assist all other cook room positions
- Follow all plant safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
6 months recent relevant experience
