What You'll Do:
As a Field Development Specialist at Join Parachute, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth setup and operation of new donor centers. Your role will involve leading the installation, qualification, and validation of all equipment at new sites. You’ll be hands-on in developing and coordinating training programs, ensuring all team members are well-equipped to meet operational and compliance standards.

What You'll Do:
As a Field Development Specialist at Join Parachute, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth setup and operation of new donor centers. Your role will involve leading the installation, qualification, and validation of all equipment at new sites. You’ll be hands-on in developing and coordinating training programs, ensuring all team members are well-equipped to meet operational and compliance standards.
- Own the equipment installation and qualification processes for new centers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to track and meet milestones for new site openings.
- Develop and deliver training for new and existing staff.
- Manage compliance with operational procedures and safety protocols and support implementation of new programs for performance optimization
- Collaborate with center leadership teams to address challenges and drive operational success.
- Facilitate staff development initiatives to improve audit preparation and the overall member experience.
- Oversee cross training across all areas of the donor center.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Confident leader who is comfortable taking initiative and guiding teams to success, even in ambiguous situations
- Passionate about customer service and team development, with a focus on fostering growth and success
- Excellent communicator and problem-solver who builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Solution-oriented with a positive attitude when leading training sessions, optimizing performance, or collaborating on new initiatives
