What You'll Do:
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Join Parachute, you will ensure smooth operations and a seamless candidate experience from a candidate’s first touchpoint with Join Parachute to their first day on the job. While responsibilities will evolve, you will be accountable for moving candidates through the recruiting process (recruiting coordination) and managing their Day 1 experience.
A few of your key responsibilities:
Support the recruiting team with scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Coordinate and guide new hires in their first few days through their onboarding experience, ensuring they feel excited, supported, and prepared as they start their journey at Parachute.
Escalate any issues during onboarding, including missing documentation, questions from new hires, and more; use this “feedback” to help us improve the overall recruiting and onboarding program.
Partner with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to support in the onboarding process Maintain accurate records in our HR systems, track candidate progress, and ensure documentation is always complete and up to date.
Leverage feedback collected in our onboarding survey to improve future candidate and new hire experience.
Take full ownership of coordinating the in-person interview process, ensuring a seamless and well-organized experience for both candidates and interviewers.
