Brij is seeking a hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Functional Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financial Management and Procurement applications. The ideal candidate will leverage end-user experience and business process knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide functional support to client end-users. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP – Financial Management and Procurement-related support inquiries, troubleshoot system issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Diagnose, document, and resolve user-reported issues for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP – Financial Management and Procurement managed services clients.
- Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP enhancements and new functionalities.
- Work collaboratively with clients and the internal team to understand business needs, translate them into workable solutions.
- Participate in additional value-added activities to enhance client engagement and business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP – Financial Management and Procurement applications.
- Understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in system configuration, business process mapping, and functional testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams for resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Distraction-free remote workspace with the ability to participate in video meetings.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no sponsorship available).
