MOCEAN is seeking a dynamic Art Director to join our Social & Digital division, shaping innovative campaigns for major entertainment properties across a range of platforms and formats. From OOH digital displays and motion key art to traditional / social AV spots and CG-heavy animation concepts, this role requires a visionary creative who can think big while also diving into hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and skilled creator with a strong background in design, animation, and editorial. You’re comfortable leading a team while also rolling up your sleeves to bring ideas to life. Requirements : What You’ll Do :
- Lead creative execution across a mix of social, digital, and traditional projects for streamers and studios.
- Develop and execute visually compelling campaigns, spanning static designs, OOH digital displays, motion key art, AV spots, and animation / CG-heavy concepts.
- Establish and maintain brand aesthetics, ensuring consistency while evolving looks and styles to fit different platforms.
- Collaborate daily with strategy, production, editorial, and social teams to drive innovative ideas.
- Build dynamic presentation decks that bring creative concepts to life and captivate clients.
- Pitch and present creative work, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Guide and inspire designers, editors, and animators, ensuring high-quality execution across multiple projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new creative and technological approaches into campaigns.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
