A fast-paced Orthopedic practice in North Naples has an immediate opening for a dependable Check-in/Check-out receptionist. The ideal candidate must have one year of medical office experience, including electronic medical records. This position involves rotating between checking in and checking out patients, collecting co-pays and past balances, scheduling appointments, and scanning. Medical terminology and the ability to multitask are a must. The ideal candidate must be professional, able to work well with others and look for a long-term commitment.

· Monday thru Friday
· No Weekends!

We currently have an opening for a Check-in/Check-out staff for our Naples location. This vital role is responsible for the following duties:
· Greets patients with a smile, check-in/check-out patients.
· Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork (via iPad)
· Enter and/or verify patient demographic and insurance information in our EMR system, updating information as necessary.
· Collect copays, coinsurances, and deductibles.
· Scan documents as needed, uploading them to the patient’s EMR account.
· Perform other duties or tasks as requested.
· Will be cross-trained in all aspects of the front office.
· Assist in other areas as requested by supervisor.
Requirements:
Seeking a smiling face! Candidate must have a great attitude and a desire to work as part of a team.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Medical experience is a plus. They must also be able to sit for 6-8 hours.
