JRAD is seeking candidates for an immediate Systems Engineer position supporting the U.S. Army Evaluation Center (AEC). This position is located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and is an Off-Site / Telework position.
Roles / Responsibilities :
- Performs a wide variety of engineering tasks to a lesser degree than the Level III Systems Engineer; the work requires intermediate application of standard engineering methods, procedures, techniques, criteria, and programs.
- Provides professional engineering support performing tasks that are specific and broad in scope but increasing in complexity; tasks are designed to enable increasing independent accomplishment.
- Assignments are screened for unusual or difficult problems and techniques.
- Receive supervisory oversight on new aspects of assignments.
Required Skills and Education :
Conduct of developmental tests, operational tests, and evaluation methods for Army and Joint Service systems. Experience is defined as activities to include test and evaluation planning, test execution, data collection during test, evaluation of test or modeling data, and development of evaluation analysis plans and reports.
