Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Required Work Days: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all client needs are met
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon calendar effectively
- Answer phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information to clients regarding services, availability, and pricing
- Assist in maintaining the salon's clean and organized appearance
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients
- Stay informed about salon services and promotions to effectively communicate them to clients
- Resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations gracefully
- Proficient with computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
