Front Desk / Salon Support

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly professional to join our team. Must have a great personality and love to work direct with clients to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. They will also assist in keeping the salon clean and assisting with salon duties. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about salon services
• Process payments and manage cash register transactions accurately.
• Answer phone and schedule services for guests.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
• Assist with upselling service upgrades and additional services to enhance guest experiences along with product recommendations.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Perform basic math calculations for billing and cash handling.
• Supervise front desk operations during shifts as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.
• Experience with retail sales or product demonstrations is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance guest interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
