We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, managing guest relations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food items according to restaurant standards while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils after each use.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals and beverages.
• Uphold high standards of customer service while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective guest relations.
• A team-oriented mindset with the willingness to help colleagues as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $3.63 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
