Position Summary
Now Hiring at Jojoba Hills RV Resort Located in high desert surrounded by beautiful mountains 20 Miles east of Temecula. the Front Office Clerk/ Assistant is responsible for creating a positive experience for guests and members of the Jojoba Hills Resort. This role performs a variety of clerical, administrative, and bookkeeping tasks, including answering telephones and emails, typing documents, conducting deposits, calendaring and other duties as required.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Answer all incoming calls, direct them accordingly and respond to inquiries

· Composes responses to routine inquiries and ascertains which items can be delegated

· Manage office conference line and maintain schedule

· Welcome guests, notify appropriate staff members

·Data Entry

· Assist executive staff with projects, as-needed, including but not limited to mailings, collating and copying

· Sending, receiving, and sorting mail, managing postage

· Receiving delivery packages, appropriately storing and notifying tenants of delivery

· Receive checks, cash and credit card payments received by walk-ins, and transfers daily to accounting box and distributes

· Office supply inventory

a high degree of confidentiality on all sensitive information for which this position is privy.

· This position has frequent interaction with, but is not limited to, employees, Board
Members, members and non-members, visitors, and community residents.

· Other duties may be assigned by needed

Essential Attributes

· Technical Skills o Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, and editing) o Efficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) o Equipment : Uses such office equipment as computer terminals, phone and voice mail systems, copiers, and smart screens o Organizational skills: ability to prioritize, follow up and multi-task o Must have a high attention to detail and anticipate need. o Must be able to sit and work comfortably at a desk station for extended time periods.

Desired Education and Experience

· High school diploma

· Some college a plus
