Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering calls, handling light dispatch duties, and assisting with booking charters. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Calls: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about our services, availability, and pricing. Ensure a professional and friendly communication style.
- Light Dispatch: Coordinate trolley assignments and schedules, working closely with drivers to optimize routes and maintain on-time performance.
- Booking Charters: Assist clients with booking trolleys for private events, parties, and other occasions. Ensure accurate documentation and timely confirmation of bookings.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the smooth functioning of the office.
