Jolma Electric in Ashland, WI, is seeking a skilled vibratory plow operator for fiber installation projects.
This position includes operating a mainline plow, running various equipment (mini excavator, backhoe, skid-steer), maintaining trucks and machinery, installing PEDs and handholes, and performing manual labor as needed.
Ideal candidates should have a Class A CDL with a clean driving record and must pass a pre-employment drug test. Work consists of four long days per week (10-12 hours).
After a 90-day probationary period, benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k) with matching, and paid time off. Pay is based on experience. All employees are required to pass a back ground check.
