We are seeking an experienced Social Media Coordinator for our Plastic Surgery practice.

Job Summary:
The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and potentially others. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, community engagement, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and a proven track record of building and managing successful social media campaigns. Experience in the aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Kurkjian Plastic Surgery’s brand and marketing goals.
* Create engaging and high-quality content, including photos, videos, stories, reels, and written posts, showcasing our services, expertise, and patient success stories (while maintaining patient privacy and HIPAA compliance).
* Manage and maintain our social media presence across all platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
* Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
* Build and nurture relationships with followers and engage in relevant online conversations.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
* Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
* Research and identify relevant influencers and potential partnerships.
* Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA compliance, when creating and sharing content.
* Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
* Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
Qualifications:
* 2 years of social media management experience required, preferably in the aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty industry.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
* Proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional visual storytelling and content creation skills, including photography and videography basics.
* Proficiency in social media management tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy is essential.
