What You'll Do :
As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a well-established insurance agency. Your main tasks will involve managing a variety of administrative and service-oriented duties that ensure clients receive top-notch care and attention. From processing paperwork and handling leads to taking renewal calls and assisting with walk-ins, youll be the heartbeat of the office! Youll also handle quotes, payments, alerts, and more, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Processing paperwork and managing client accounts
Handling incoming leads, quotes, and payments
Assisting clients with walk-ins and phone inquiries
Following up on renewal calls and ensuring a seamless renewal process
Providing excellent customer service in a friendly, approachable manner
Keeping the office organized and ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly and on time
Maintaining a positive reputation for the agency within the community
Who We're Looking For :
To succeed in this role, youll need to be someone who enjoys new tasks everyday and takes pride in thoroughness. At the same time, youll need to have a warm, professional personality that allows you to build genuine relationships with clients. Since our agency is a cornerstone of the community, being personable and trustworthy is essential. A Property & Casualty (P&C) license and Life & Health (L&H) license are required, or you must be able to obtain them within 2 months of hiring.
Requirements
Must possess or be willing to obtain a P&C and L&H license within two months
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in insurance or administrative roles is a plus, but not required
