Responsibilities
Agency Ownership Preparation: Successfully complete a course designed to refresh and deepen knowledge of Farmers Insurance products, services, and business operations.
Operational Support: Work directly with a District Manager and Agency Business Consultant to understand the operational, financial, and managerial aspects of running a successful Farmers Insurance agency.
Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on offering customized insurance solutions. Promote Farmers Insurance products to potential customers, contributing to sales growth and market expansion.
Ongoing Education & Support: Take advantage of continuing education opportunities and support programs from Farmers Insurance to stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and business best practices.
Requirements
Exceptional sales skills and experience.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Professional phone etiquette.

Ability to obtain A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Ability to obtain A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
