Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team! As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our client base. You will work closely with our Agency owner, current clients, and new clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend the best insurance products for them.
Salary: $45000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Verify customer information is correct and the leads that are provided to you.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Making phone calls, emails, texts on a daily basis to potential new customers in a professional manner.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Follow up with current customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
