Receptionist for Law Firm
As the face and first contact of our Firm, the ideal candidate will have a happy, energetic, and positive attitude, have good listening skills, be professional, have a smiling phone voice, and be able to sit for long periods of time.
Duties include answering and transferring incoming calls, greeting clients and visitors as they arrive, tracking incoming deliveries, sorting mail, reserving conference rooms, and monitoring incoming faxes. This position also supports the office manager and assists legal assistants and paralegals with administrative tasks.
This is a full-time position, and is critical to our operation. Hours are 8:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday with a one hour lunch and two 10-minute breaks.

Qualifications
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service and clerical experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management
- Ability to manage calendars and perform data entry tasks
- Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
