Jones Edmunds and Associates is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This position requires availability Monday through Friday, working from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
This role operates the telephone console and directs phone calls to the appropriate party. Duties include greeting guests and announcing their arrival, scheduling rental cars, and handling mail and deliveries.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Operate telephone console and direct calls appropriately.
- Greet guests and announce their arrival.
- Coordinate rental cars and all associated paperwork.
- Electronically file and archive documents.
- Receive, sort, and send mail and other deliveries.
- Drive to stores to purchase supplies and run errands as needed
- Assist co-workers, clients, and others as requested.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: HS diploma or equivalent
Registration: None
Certification: None
Experience: 2 years of progressive clerical or related experience preferred.
Other: Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable MVR
