What this job involves :

As the at JLL Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize the procurement process. You will play a crucial role in identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving supplier performance improvement initiatives. Your expertise and leadership will enable JLL to achieve maximum value from supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Management of 3 direct reports.

Your day-to-day tasks will include :

• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with JLL's objectives and goals
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing requirements and creating sourcing plans accordingly
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and offerings
• Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
• Overseeing the evaluation and selection process of suppliers, including conducting supplier assessments and managing supplier performance
• Optimizing sourcing processes, driving cost efficiencies, and managing supplier risk
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop long-term sourcing strategies
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities to enhance sourcing practices
• Leading and mentoring a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving departmental goals
