The Reliability Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a robust reliability engineering program for a major pharmaceutical client. This role involves overseeing the implementation and execution of IFM programs, ensuring technical and operational excellence across multiple sites within the client's portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a reliability engineering program aligned with the client's goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the client's internal teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Lead a team of facility managers, engineers, and functional administration in executing IFM programs and engineering initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in projects or maintenance and operations, with experience in GMP/GXP/regulated spaces sites and processes.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, methodologies, and tools, including safety, reliability, root cause analysis, agile, lean, six sigma, and sustainability.
- Exceptional client relationship management experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
