Jones Networking is seeking an Executive Coordinator (Associations) to support the operations of a dynamic association management company in Charlotte, NC. Executive Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Board & Committee Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Event & Program Management: Plan and coordinate association events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Member & Client Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for association members, responding to inquiries and facilitating engagement.
- Sponsorship & Volunteer Management: Support sponsorship programs, assist with fundraising initiatives, and coordinate volunteer committees.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records, manage calendars, draft reports, and assist with various operational tasks to support client associations.
Executive Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience managing schedules, coordinating events, and handling board-related tasks.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with teams.
