What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Household Coordinator position at Sky Dog Farm?

We are in search of an energetic, reliable, patient and highly organized assistant to help with both business and family tasks. This is a perfect position for a former executive assistant looking for something more fun and flexible, or someone who has been a personal or household assistant and has experience managing a variety of different kinds of tasks that can change day to day.
Responsibilities include:
- general household management including calendar management, appointment scheduling, travel planning, errands, coordinating afterschool activities, and housesitting
- creating and maintaining organization systems in multiple parts of the house
- managing longer term organizational projects such as sorting through and organizing family photos, garage and attic decluttering, etc.
- ad hoc support for two small businesses including inventory management, research, and expenses and reimbursements
Must be comfortable around kids and animals (we have dogs and cats and live on a small farm) and creative, ADHD types!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
