Bilingual HR Assistant Position Summary:
-Assist with on boarding and off boarding employees
-Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and assist with employee relations activities
-Provide support to employees in various topics such as leaves, compensation, payroll, workers compensation, etc.
-Maintain records of personnel-related data
-Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
-Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
-Review and correct employee time sheets.
HR Assistant Qualifications Summary:
-Minimum one year Human Resources department experience preferably working with hourly / non-exempt employees
-Employee relations experience desired
-Fluency in Spanish & English required
-New hire orientation and on-boarding experience
-Knowledge of local employment / labor laws
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary : $41,600 - $48,000
