Join Jones Power as a Fleet Operations Coordinator and play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative functions of our vehicle fleet. You will ensure efficient fleet management and compliance with regulations. This position involves managing vehicle registration, scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, updating insurance information, and reporting data while supporting the Fleet Manager on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Registration & Title Management :
- Process vehicle registrations and renewals efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive vehicle registration records.
- Maintenance Scheduling & Tracking :
- Coordinate maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment with repair facilities.
- Create and monitor work orders for repairs and preventative measures.
- Track and analyze maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Fuel Card Management :
- Monitor fuel expenses and resolve fuel card issues proactively.
- Evaluate fuel efficiency and suggest enhancements.
- Insurance Administration :
- Manage vehicle insurance records and update policies as necessary.
- Data Management & Reporting :
- Keep accurate fleet-related data in our management system.
- Generate insightful reports on vehicle usage, maintenance expenses, and other key performance indicators.
- Administrative Tasks :
- Handle invoices related to vehicle and equipment repairs and maintenance.
