Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Advisors, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.
Responsibilities include:
- Administrative Support
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage Advisor's calendars
- Answer and direct client calls
- Response to client service requests
- Client communications as requested
- Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare and organize client documentation and transaction support
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Learn and adhere to industry and Firm compliance standards
- Ensure confidentiality of client information
- Advisor Support
- Prepare reports and meeting deliverables
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Other
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Other duties as necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative support role, preferably in banking or financial services
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
