JSH’s Phoenix office is growing and seeking an experienced medical malpractice legal assistant with 3 years of law firm experience, in medical malpractice defense to join our team, along with substantial diverse experience and familiarity in Federal, State Rules, along with Court of Appeals. Appellate experience would be a plus. Candidates must have a stable work history, exceptional communication, and organizational skills, along with stellar attention to detail. Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, calendar & deadline management, transcribing dictation, filing, preparation of correspondence, legal documents, and strong technical skills.
