Jones Strategy and Consulting Group (JSCG) is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Fundraising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in securing the resources needed to fuel our mission and empower our clients to achieve their full potential.
What You'll Do:
- Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors.
- Develop and execute compelling fundraising campaigns, with a focus on exceeding goals.
- Conduct research to identify and qualify prospective donors with an alignment to JSCG's mission.
- Craft persuasive grant proposals and fundraising materials.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.
- Assist with the planning and execution of fundraising events (optional, depending on experience).
- Track fundraising progress and report on key metrics.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising or a related field (non-profit experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors.
- Proven ability to write persuasively and concisely.
- Experience with donor relationship management (DRM) software a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
