Metal Roofing and Wall Panel Estimator/Project Manager

This Estimator/Project Manager must have:

• Three to Five years or more experience bidding a variety of commercial metal roofing systems and wall panels based on architectural drawings and field knowledge.
• Prefer broad experience with Metal Roofing of all types, Retro-fit Metal Roofing, and Metal Wall Panels.
• Analyze projects and prepare bid request.
• Strong communications skills internally and externally.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and perform project takeoffs.
• Ability to read and understand complex contract to ensure requirements match proposal.
• Review Submittals and shop drawings
• Order materials, Direct crews to what the job consist of, and scheduling of the jobs
• Strong organizational and documentation skills to track requests, approved changes, and customer requirements.
• Strong computer skills and ability document bid requirements and costs.

• We currently use The Edge Estimating software and Blue Beam
• Must be able to climb ladders and perform onsite roof take offs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
