This Estimator/Project Manager Must Have
This Estimator/Project Manager Must Have
- Three to Five years or more experience bidding a variety of commercial metal roofing systems and wall panels based on architectural drawings and field knowledge.
- Prefer broad experience with Metal Roofing of all types, Retro-fit Metal Roofing, and Metal Wall Panels.
- Analyze projects and prepare bid request.
- Strong communications skills internally and externally.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and perform project takeoffs.
- Ability to read and understand complex contract to ensure requirements match proposal.
- Review Submittals and shop drawings
- Order materials, Direct crews to what the job consist of, and scheduling of the jobs
- Strong organizational and documentation skills to track requests, approved changes, and customer requirements.
- Strong computer skills and ability document bid requirements and costs.

- Must be able to climb ladders and perform onsite roof take offs.
