Policy Management : Assist clients in managing their property and casualty insurance policies, including adding or removing coverage, and answering questions about policy details.
Claims Assistance : Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring they have the support needed to file and manage claims effectively.
Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the agency's insurance products and services to provide accurate information and make appropriate recommendations to clients.
Problem Resolution : Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Requirement
Licensing : Must hold an active Property & Casualty License valid in Wisconsin.
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role.
