Position Overview :
The Head of Capital Markets will be responsible for leading our capital-raising initiatives for renewable energy issuers. This role involves developing and executing investor outreach strategies, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding distribution channels through Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), family offices, tax advisors, broker-dealers, and wealth managers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and secure capital from a diverse investor base.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with institutional investors, RIAs, family offices, broker-dealers, and wealth managers to drive capital for renewable energy issuers.
- Leverage existing networks to expand Plural Energy's market presence.
- Oversee investor relations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align capital market strategies with the company’s goals.
