Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Concession Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have a positive experience, whether they are enjoying a movie, sporting event, or concert.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness in the concession area.
- Handle cash transactions using the Square POS system efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide prompt service during busy periods while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or a quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling is a plus.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and handling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
