About the Role
As a Senior Commercial Lines Account Representative , you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting our Sales and Account Executives. Your responsibilities will include account servicing, marketing, and client relationship management. You’ll also ensure that client needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Sales and Account Executives, including analyzing client needs, coverage forms, and quotations.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts by cross-selling additional lines or coverage to existing customers.
- Assist with prospect and client meetings as requested by Sales Executives.
- Complete applications and coordinate with carriers to secure quotes and issue policies.
- Manage policy renewals, reviews, and audits to ensure accuracy and maintain client satisfaction.
- Process endorsements, binders, certificates, and related documentation with precision and attention to detail.
- Facilitate policy corrections and verify accuracy in collaboration with clients and carriers.
- Develop agency workflows to maximize efficiencies across office operations.
- Contact carriers to get new appointments.
- Train and mentor new employees, fostering their professional development and integration into the team.
