Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new customers, demonstrating our range of industrial floor cleaning equipment and showcasing their benefits.
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions that meet their specific industrial cleaning needs.
Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding market presence within the designated territory.
Provide product demonstrations and training to clients, enabling them to maximize the utility and benefits of our industrial floor cleaning equipment.
Work collaboratively with our sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely delivery of products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven success in sales, preferably within the industrial floor cleaning equipment or related industry.
Strong understanding of industrial floor cleaning equipment and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the industrial sector.
Valid driver's license
Possess a mechanical aptitude and be comfortable hauling a trailer to transport equipment to clients.
Possess the knowledge of Floor Cleaning Equipment and surface preparation equipment a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software to manage sales and customer information effectively.
Strong verbal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
Ability to create effective prospecting sales strategies to identify and convert potential clients into customers.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to but not limited to 50lbs.
Extensive periods of standing, sitting, and walking are required.
