We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Salesperson / Project Manager to join our team. You will spend time in both the office and in the field managing your business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Finding new clients and business opportunities
- Develop Relationships with clients
- Prepare bids, proposals, and estimates to meet client-specific requirements
- Manage sold projects while ensuring proper crew/material management
- Provide exceptional customer service thought the sales process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales – preferably in construction or the building materials industry
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A commitment to safety practices and procedures in the workplace
- Ability to climb and move around in attic and crawlspace areas
This position is compensated by an uncapped draw against commission system.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
