What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Field Technician position at JORMIC IT SOLUTIONS?
Entry Level--This position is a based on entry level basic knowledge of IT equipment maintenance. Most work is simple and straightforward. Work mostly consists of set-up of computer stations, filling out surveys for work-tickets, and basic troubleshooting. Basic level of Terminating Cat 6, Fiber, Coaxial and RG6 Siamese for voice/data and security camera cabling in commercial environments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure safety procedures and job etiquette is up to standards Pull, terminate, test and label Data cabling Terminate data jacks and patch panels Install ladder racks, networking equipment and telephone equipment Perform testing and troubleshooting of equipment and cabling Build out telecommunications as a helper, equipment rooms. Ensure job site is cleaned. Critical thinking and comprehension skills is a must.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
