What we would like from you :
- Leverage previous Barista experience with specialty, local and responsibly sourced coffee to bring guests an unrivaled fine dining experience
- Exceed guests’ expectations by providing an authentic, friendly, enthusiastic, professional culinary experience paired with impeccable service and a genuine sense of hospitality
- Ability to dial in espresso grinder adjustments, shot extractions parameters, and to calibrate by taste
- Knowledge of regions, styles, blends, techniques and sourcing of coffee both locally and throughout the world
- The ability to work with a close-knit team of service professionals in a dynamic and one of a kind restaurant environment
- A passion for continuous learning and discovery by embracing an active and innovative approach to expanding your knowledge of food and beverage
