What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Engineering & Maintenance - up to $160k + 20% bonus position at Joseph Executive Search Ltd?
Our client is a large and successful manufacturer of pharmaceutical and consumer products and this Director role will report to the site General Manager. You will manage all activities relating to Engineering services for manufacturing, packaging and facilities maintenance.
The role :
- Strategic support – plan capex to maximise OEE
- Maintenance of equipment and buildings in accordance with GMP
- Establish preventative maintenance of utilities and equipment
- Manage budgets and set performance KPIs for the team
The candidate :
The base salary for the role is up to $160,000 plus bonus, and a range of benefits including health / vision / dental, 401k match, life insurance & PTO.
