Primary Responsibilities
- Accounting Oversight : Direct and manage the accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable departments. Lead the review and supervision of external audits, evaluate accounting and internal control systems, and manage the recruitment, training, and development of accounting personnel.
- Financial Reporting : Prepare and oversee the accurate and timely production of internal and external financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Budget Management : Oversee the budget planning and management process.
- Strategic Forecasting : Provide insights to inform strategic financial decisions.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure full adherence to relevant financial laws and regulations, including GAAP, International Financial Reporting Standards, and SEC requirements.
