As our Front Desk Receptionist - Dental Office Manager, you start your day bright and early, greeting our valued patients with a warm smile and ensuring their appointments are scheduled efficiently. Highly organized, you easily manage front desk operations, including insurance reimbursements and making payment arrangements, while providing outstanding communication and support to our patients. A team player, you coordinate with the rest of our team to maintain a smooth office workflow, embodying our customer-obsessed, passionate, team-oriented, transparent, and trustworthy culture.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE
- Experience in a dental or medical office setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

THE SCHEDULE
The typical schedule for this full-time position is Monday to Wednesday, 7:30 AM to 6:15 PM, and Thursday, 7:30 AM to 3:15 PM. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.
