Our current office manager has been with us since the beginning (over 24 years) and is preparing for retirement, making this a unique opportunity to step in to a stable and well-supported role. Key responsibilities:
Customer support- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with billing questions, policy inquiries, and claims follow-up.
Policy Management- Review accounts, suggest missing coverages and additional policies to ensure clients are fully protected.
Opening up sales opportunities- Helping to open up sales opportunities to help grow the agency.
Administrative duties- Monitor agency notifications, follow up on outstanding tasks, and manage basic office operations.
Collaboration- Work closely with the agency to provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
What we're looking for:
Current property, casualty, and life licenses preferred or must obtain within 30 days of hire (agency pays for the licensing).
Strong communication skills with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn insurance software systems.
Organized, dependable, and a team player with a willingness to help others.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred: Prior insurance experience (not required but a plus).
