We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the full-time Temporary Horticultural Technician position in our Plant Department, located in Owosso, MI. As a member of the Plant Department, you will assist with expansion projects, support the plant team, and perform essential horticultural tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include potting plants, assisting with product creation, maintaining cleanliness, cleaning tubs, packing moss products, labeling, and heat sealing products.

This is a Temporary Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with an estimated duration of 90 days.
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
Regular Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm

$15.25/hour Starting Wages

Day-to-day tasks include:

Performing horticultural tasks such as watering, planting, and order fulfillment

Maintaining general cleanliness and organization

Assisting with product creation and preparation

Packing moss products

Labeling containers, heat sealing products, and preparing shipments

Previous Horticulture experience

Previous Production Experience

Basic Computer knowledge
