Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth and address customer concerns and needs, handle complaints, task oriented, independent, etc.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients
- Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and expand the customer base
Skills
- Proven experience in account management, technology sales, or related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to drive business development initiatives and meet sales targets
- Leadership qualities with a focus on market analysis and strategic planning
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Bookkeeping experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
