**Responsibilities:**
- Perform safe and efficient tree removals of all sizes using advanced climbing and rigging techniques.
- Utilize equipment such as chainsaws, ropes, saddles, and aerial lifts to dismantle trees with precision.
- Inspect trees for structural weaknesses or hazards prior to removal.
- Collaborate with ground crews to ensure smooth operations and site cleanup.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 4 years of climbing experience in tree removals with proper use of rigging systems.
- Proficiency in operating chainsaws, wood chippers, and other arborist tools.
- Knowledge of tree species identification and structural assessment.
- ISA Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain within one year.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred).
- Strong physical stamina and a passion for working outdoors.
