Joshua Tree Experts is looking for Residential Sales Associates based out of our Souderton, PA office. We are seeking driven and motivated individuals to develop business in our Lawn Care and Pest Control service lines in and around the Bucks County and Montgomery County areas.
This role is full-time, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, however it is a temporary position during the months of March, April, and May. Upon the end of this term, you would be welcome to apply to other open positions at the company! Or perhaps you are looking for that perfect temporary gig.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Canvassing
- Door-to-Door Sales
- Proposal Follow-up
- Lead Generation
Salary: $12.50/hour plus 5% commission on sales, paid bi-weekly with a target salary of $810/week when achieving your sales goals.
Other Information:
- Two Saturdays per month will be required for this position with one weekday off when working on Saturdays
- Inclement weather may require adjusting to a Saturday schedule
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in designated areas by going door to door to provide information about Joshua Tree Experts premium services
- Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures or flyers, to leave a lasting impression and to reinforce the Joshua Tree Experts brand
- Clearly communicate the range of services offered by Joshua Tree Experts, emphasizing key benefits and unique selling points
- Collect contact information from interested potential clients and provide leads to sales team for follow-up
- Gather feedback from clients to assess the effectiveness of door to door campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Keep accurate records of daily activities including the number of clients visited, conversations held, and leads generated

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude to create positive interactions
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team and stay motivated through the work day
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Presentable and professional appearance to represent the company in a positive manner
Education and Experience:
- No previous experience necessary
- Previous experience in sales or a customer service setting is a plus but not required
- Previous experience in community engagement is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to navigate different terrains, including sidewalks, stairs, and uneven surfaces
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs at a time
